Many people who enter contracts without first consulting a solicitor.  It is at this initial pre-contractual stage which is most important, to ensure that the contract and its terms are best fit for the party entering it.  Premier Conveyancing Lawyers are happy to assist in reviewing your contract prior to committing to the agreement as a complimentary service. (Please note that this offer applies to standard form contracts for established lots, bespoke contracts such as off plan contract may attract review fees)

Recommended searches range in price from approximately $150.00 to $600.00 depending on the council region in Queensland.  Please ask our staff of the correct costing for your intended purchase when you call.

Receiving the Keys

Sale Residential Contracts (established lots) - $705.00 (GST inclusive)

There are generally no searches required for selling a property.  There may however be additional costs which could relate to your sale depending on the special conditions drafted into your contract.  For example a requirement for a transmission application with the Queensland titles office which may attract a titles registration fee).  Please contact our office to review your contract and provide you advice regarding any potential fees which you may not be aware of.
